EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Enter the store from the link www.rgcomplicite.com.br and put the products you want to buy in the cart. Then click on “Buy.” Choose the quantity of products you wish to purchase and click on “Check Out.” Enter the registration details and your zip code and click “Continue.” Check the amount, delivery time and value of the freight and click "Payment". In the next screen you will enter the payment screen. Fill in the payment details.

2. Installment only for purchases made with Brazilian credit card.

3. Exchange and Returns Policy

Occurrences involving exchange or return must be reported to our Customer Service by email rgcomplicite@gmail.com Product returned without this communication, out of time or missing accompanying items / accessories, will be resent without prior consultation.

If any of the following occurs, decline to receive the product:

- Packaging opened or damaged;

- damaged product;

- Product in disagreement with the order;

- Empty packaging.

- Lack of packaging.

If, however, the product is inadvertently received if one or more of the above events occur, please contact our Customer Service within 72h (3 calendar days).

Return for Repentance / Withdrawal

To return a product for regret / withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

· The period for giving up or exchanging your purchase is 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt;

· The product must not have been opened and the outer seal must not have been tampered with.

· We do not do gifts exchanges.

We clarify that even if the request is made within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days provided for the exchange or withdrawal of the purchase, the RemyGoulart store reserves the right to act in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

Other reasons

If you notice any of the following disagreements upon delivery of your order, please refuse receipt upon delivery:

· Open or damaged packaging;

· Faulty product;

· Product not in accordance with the order.

If you accept the receipt of the product, the deadline to request your return will be seventy-two (72) hours from receipt of the product. If your product conforms to the information described above, please email us to request exchange or return at your discretion.
